FixyApp is a mobile-based platform that connects labourers with users who require their services. Laborers can register, set their hourly or daily wages, and accept job requests. Users can search for labourers, book them directly, or post job requirements for bidding.

FixyApp operates on a subscription-based Prime Membership model and follows a 0% commission policy. However, we do not manage work agreements or wages.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

2.1 For Laborers:

• Must provide accurate details when registering on the platform.
• Are responsible for setting their own hourly or daily wages.
• Must ensure timely and professional service delivery.
• Are solely responsible for payment collection and agreements with users.
• Are not employees or agents of FixyApp.

2.2 For Users:

• Must provide genuine job requests and accurate details.
• Are responsible for negotiating and agreeing on work terms with labourers.
• Must ensure fair and timely payments to labourers.
• Should not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the platform.

3. Payments & Fees

• FixyApp does not process payments between users and labourers.
• FixyApp does not charge any commission on labourers' earnings.
• Users and labourers must mutually agree on payments.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved between the concerned parties.

4. Prime Membership

• FixyApp operates on a subscription-based Prime Membership model.
• Prime members may receive benefits like priority listings and faster bookings.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• FixyApp reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership features.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• FixyApp only provides a platform to connect users and labourers.
• We do not guarantee the quality of work, punctuality, or reliability of labourers.
• FixyApp is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from any job agreements.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

• Users and labourers must not provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

FixyApp collects and processes user data as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

• FixyApp is not liable for disputes between users and labourers.

9. Changes to Terms
